MILKOVICH HOLDINGS is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Canton, OH
We are currently looking for a full time Apartment Maintenance Tech for work in the Canton area. We are looking for individuals who have a strong work eithic and can work well on their own or in a small group. Must have a valid driver's license. We are offering competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Must be able to troubleshoot issues within the apartment.
- Ability to do light electrical and plumbing work
- Ability to do carpentry work (patch drywall or hang drywall)
- Paint apartment rooms
- HVAC expderience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Ability to work quickly and effeciently throughout the day with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
